At HomeLux, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original HomeLux packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture or decor, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
